Jeff, may I ask what kind of device you use to measure your BP?
Thanks!
I use an OMRON HEM-609 electronic blood pressure monitor. It fits on the left wrist and is very simple to use. Whenever I go on a medical appointment, I take it with me so I can insure it is calibrated to the reading in the doctor's office. It has never failed to be more or less than 4 mm different than the sphygmomonometer reading in the doctor's office and I have never had to have it recalibrated. I purchased mine in Walmart and they are available in most pharmacies.
